1. Honey of highest quality from La Alcarria, with Denominación de Origen (D.O), which means that it is a the best guarantee that it is 100% natural and coming from La Alcarria (a Spanish region of ancient tradition in honeys due to its abundant wild flowers)
We have several types of honeys with D.O:
· Rosemary (Rosmarinus officialis)
· Lavender (Lavandula Latifolia)
· Multifloral (Rosemary, Lavender o Thyme),
guaranteeing at least 15% of pollen for the first two types and for the last one at least 5%.
