I am looking to add a barred rock hen to my flock of pet hens and want to hatch it myself. Details I want to be guaranteed that I obtain fertile eggs that are pure Barred rock, that is, from a barred rock hen and cock---no mixes, please! I would prefer to start with 1-2 eggs as I only want one hen. I understand that I may have to go through the process several times before I actually get a chick / hen so i may need to purchase several times.
