i would like to buy 1,000 lbs of mozerella a week direct from a local producer.. Details i mass produce pizzas for schools and use about 1,000lbs of mozerella a week. this number could double this year and quadruple next year. i would love to buy direct from a local producer. i am currently buying F&A from Shamrock at $1.40/lb
