Looking for LaMancha does and unrelated bucks to start a milking herd. Currently have 3 does. Located in Western South Dakota Details We are looking for 10 LaMancha does and 2 or more unrelated bucks to build a milking herd. We currently have 2 yearling does and a 2 year old doe. We have other goats on our 10 acre property. Our son has Cystic Fibrosis and has been drinking goats milk since just after his first birthday. We currently get some milk from a source about one hour away, but need to make sure that we have ready access to lots of good milk as he gets older. We are willing to travel to pick up goats if necessary - preferably not further than Minnesota, Colorado, Nebraska or Montana - or any place with easy access to I-90.
