Wanted: 32-65 Hereford gilts, sows and boars for small, organic family farm. The pigs do not need to be organic because they will be breeding stock. We will drive to anywhere in the Midwest. We will drive to anywhere in the Midwest. We would like 10-20 each of feeder-size gilts, gilts/sows ready for exposure in February and gilts/sows ready for exposure in March. We would like 2-5 boars, unrelated, with at least one ready to bred by February. We will buy a minimum of two at a time. We would also buy bred gilts/sows that are exposed in December, February or March as long as we took delivery prior to the last third of gestation. We will also buy litters of weaned piglets at any time if they are certified organic.
