Details
These mushrooms were picked in the Nass Valley of British Columbia Canada. The quality is far superior to most field dried matsies.

I never dry wormy or otherwise inferior mushrooms, only good quality

#3s #4s and #5s. I also use a mechanical slicer wich ensures uniform thicknes and durability. My drier uses electric heat, which eliminates smoke

and hydrocarbon contamination often found in field dried mushrooms.
