We are looking for on going sawmill for lease. Need management to be in place so we can expand quickly because future lumber needs will triple over the next 12 to 13 months to over a 2 mill feet then jump to 10mil. Please be aware that we are located in Houston but will be building in Dallas. S.A. and Austin. In one-two years Cali. and Fl. will open up. But presently we will be in Texas becasue the market is good compared to rest of the country. Fell free to contact me, Sawmill must be on going.
