1.Offer for Miltenz Extrusion line.
Line was installed a year ago (in 2006) , and it has been shown high grade of reliability and quality of he finished products. The used technology is extrusion with steam conditioning that gives best results in quality not only of full fat soybean meal, but other feeds in term of digestibility, and usability of nutrition elements.
The line is consists of following items:
Tampon bin prior to the hammer mill, capacity of 4t, with level control (upper and lower)
Dozer of hammer mill, inverter control is used to control load of mill.
Magnet prior to the mill, plate type permanent.
Hammer mill 45 kw
Elevator 3 Kw 40t/sat for loading tampon bin of extruder.
Extruder tampon bin capacity of 4t with level control (upper lower), and agitator for mixing and dozing of material equipped with inverter.
Steam generator line based on Vaporex 350kw gas powered, ion softener x 2, with vessels for softened water. Capacity of steam line is 600kg of dry steam per hour.

Extruder Miltenz 2000s 110 kw 2t/hour based on full fat soybean mill, 5 segment barrel
Screw conveyer form extruder to cooler 1.1kW i 4kW
2 vertical stainless steel coolers with overall capacity of 3t/hour (fans 2 x 5.5kw and dischargers 1.5kw and 1.1) Thermo sensors for cooling and level control.
Ventilation attached to coolers with two cyclones, and to the extruder.
Screw conveyors from cooler 4 x 1.1kw (each cooler has 2 conveyors) to bagging scale
Semi automatic electronic bagging scale equipped with load cells, jaws, counting of measured bags, cumulative sum of measured bags during given period. Can be attached to computer.
Electric control cabinet is included with wiring to the extruder (distanc max 10m)
Extruder Head and cutter for fish feed pellets.
