Dryer has been disassembled rebuilt and reassembled. The screens are origonal but sealed with epoxy resin a very tough finish that lasts unlike paint type sprays. If you want new side sheets add $7,500. The motors have all been through the motor shop with new bearings and cleaning. The painted surfaces are all sanded primed and repainted. The dryer has been updated with Farm Fans Moisture Matic moisture control. The Moisture Matic controls the dryer discharge meter rolls. It has a printer that prints a history of the output moisture and plenum temps. This dryer is a stack of two 20 foot baskets it holds 1250 bushels. The dryer has three temp zones that allow you to reduce temps as the grain passes through. This is a large dryer with capacity cooling in a seperate bin of 2000+ bushels per hour of 20% corn. Dry and cool capacity at five points over 1000bph. It comes with a landing platform on the upper unit for easy access to burners. It has 4-15 hp fan motors which is a nice feature on rural power lines because the starting amps are very low. The same model is still produced by Farm Fans the only changes being the moisture control which has been updated on this dryer.
