am a second hand textile machinery dealer located in charlotte nc, i have a request for a cotton gin from one of my customers, below are the spec's needed, please advise if you can help me with this because i know nothing about ginning.please take a look and let me know pleasehorace neal sub: complete ginning plant. we are in the market for complete used one ginning plant with the following specifications:this should be consisting of the following:seed cotton conveying system pre-cleaner. pre-cleaner to remove various foreign particles in the seed cotton like stones, sticks, heavy matter etc. pneumatic conveying to cotton opener. automatic convey system from cotton opener to gins. we need 24 gins. automatic convey system of seeds conveying system for the lint to the staking hall. pneumatic conveying system from the hall to the press. daily ginning capacity of ginned cotton (lint) should be about 150 - 170 bales working on 2 shifts each of 8 hrs.
