The buckwheat processing line consists of two units: cleaning and grading unit, dehulling and separating unit. The cleaning and grading unit can clean out various impurities in the buckwheat (such as big and small impurities, light impurities, heavy impurities), then grade/size the buckwheat into 8 grades. The dehulling and separating unit can de-hull every one of 6 grades individually, then remove shells and separate out unulled buckwheat from kernels, unhulled seeds will be returned back to dehuller automatically for re-hulling again. Two units can fulfill the task to produce buckwheat kernels without other extra machines.
