This Microsoft Business Applications provider, dedicated to providing E-Commerce software solutions to the Agriculture and Food Industries, is looking for a Western Region Account Representative. The region covers the Western US but is heavily represented in the agricultural centers in Colorado, Washington and California. Successful candidates must have previous Microsoft Business Solutions (Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains ERP) technology sales experience. Experience with Microsoft's Great Plains suite of ERP business applications a must. That technology experience coupled with successful sales experience in or knowledge of the Agriculture and Food Industries would make for a dynamic candidate.
Must be willing to travel extensively and posses a proven track record of technological business solutions sales experience.
Utilize Microsoft CRM as a tracking and communication program of the progress of sales efforts. Tie sales efforts and milestones together and report on sales progress weekly through CRM.
Sales Process Manage the initial growth and ongoing sales of your accounts in the Western Region. Work directly with the upper management of the prospects to identify their needs and convince them that you are a trusted resource to help them solve their technology problems. Understand customers' needs and be able to complete a needs analysis for customers' problems. Identify potential solutions and work with the internal company technical team to define the requirements of a system to meet the customers' needs. Present the proposal to the customer and get a signed contract for implementation. Be able to demo existing and new products.
