Responsibilities:
Facility Maintenance Responsible for Paso Robles operations cost center. Provides fiscally responsible service in a timely and effective manner. Responsible for repairs and maintenance on Paso Robles property, including 6,000 ton red wine processing facility consisting of a 1.3 million gallons of wine storage/fermentation building, two 30,000 sqft barrel rooms, winery process equipment, and all related utilities.
Develops and manages budget with Paso Robles Winemaker and Director of Facilities Management
Is on site Safety Leader, coordinating with Safety and Health Manager
Capital Projects Coordinates all Paso Robles site capital projects with department managers and appropriate internal and external contacts including Finance, S&H, Project Engineers, Facility Resource and Business Planning. Assures expectations are being met and projects are on time and on budget.

Qualifications
|

Must Requirements (including any physical requirements) Bachelors' Degree with three years experience in management role, or five years related experience, or equivalent education/experience combination.
Familiarity with budget management and processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate employees.
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external contracts
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
Preferred Requirements:
Previous experience in wine industry in similar role.

Responsible for repairs and maintenance on Paso Robles property, including 6,000 ton red wine processing facility consisting of a 1.3 million gallons of wine storage/fermentation building, two 30,000 sqft barrel rooms, winery process equipment, and all related utilities.

Leads capital expenditure process including feasibility, justification, budgeting and execution.
Assure projects are done in compliance with all governing bodies.
Participates in long-term strategic planning using e3 guidelines.
Promotes awareness and practice of new technologies and processes with appropriate management.
Regulatory Compliance Overall management to assure compliance with all pertinent regulatory agencies effecting winery operation including SLO County Building Authority, California Air Resources Board, OSHA, ABC, BATF, Regional Water Quality Control Board, and County Health Department.
Assures water and wastewater policies are effective and appropriate. Leads team in exploring alternate methods.
Administration Oversee personnel responsible for purchasing, shipping and receiving function. Oversee personnel responsible for domestic services on site including waste disposal and recycling consistent with e3 guidelines. Maintain ongoing inspections and dialog with property/fire/disability insurance providers and BF risk management at the site.
Services Responsible for managing contracted services including janitorial, fuel, security, fire protection, solid waste and recycling.
Reviews major projects for business sense and feasibility.
General Responsible for administration of the site Safety Training Program and Safety, Injury & Illness Prevention Plan.
Provides coaching and direction in departmental personnel issues.
Writes and conducts annual Performance Partnerships with direct reports.
Represents Fetzer and Five Rivers Ranch Brands to while hosting site tours for trade visitors at the winery.
