Responsibilities

|
Assist in all aspects of starting young horses, grooming, longing, and general care. Organize and prepare facility for various horse shows, lessons, clinics, etc. throughout the show season. Assist with feeding, cleaning, maintenance, record keeping and employee retention. Travel to horse shows assisting trainer and clients with show prep and general care.

Qualifications

Must have extensive experience with horses and showing stock horse breeds. Have ridden/shown at APHA/AQHA, open shows, etc., or you have previous experience riding/managing a similar type operation. Must be responsible, on-time, organized and detail oriented! Must be hard working and expect long days during the show season.
