Responsibilities
|
| |
1. Coordinate the dumping and binning of grain. 2. Coordinate the dumping or loading of trains. 3. Maintain records indicating location and contents of storage tanks. 4. Maintain and monitor grain quality weekly to ensure proper condition. 5. Perform preventative and regular maintenance on equipment along with proper documentation. 6. Operation and maintenance of grain dryer. 7. Maintain housekeeping and records to comply with governmental standards. 8. Understand and adhere to all company policies and safety rules. 9. Actively participate in safety program. 10. Comply with all FGIS, OSHA, EPA, and related rules, regulations, and guidelines. 11. Perform various other tasks as assigned which could include: Load, blend, and/or deliver fertilizer; weigh and grade trucks; etc.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED. 2. One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3. Agricultural industry knowledge and experience preferred. 4. Basic understanding of Excel, Word, and CompuWeigh programs. 5. Warehouse license to grade and weigh grain; Commercial Drivers License (CDL) preferred.
