Qualifications
|
| |
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and 3 or more years working for a conservation corps or similar organization required.
Demonstrated management skills including staff supervision and development required.
2 or more years supervising and working with young adults required
2 or more years education and/or experience related to habitat restoration with Northwest native plants and urban forests required.
Hands-on experience with field work such as wetland, riparian, or upland habitat restoration; trail construction and maintenance; backcountry living and travel and tool use and maintenance required.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in an office and field setting, maintain self-motivation and persist in the face of obstacles. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
