Responsibilities

Daily Feeding, must recognize horse health problems at onset & handle approprialy, oversee other employees (such as maitenance man/stall cleaner, possible groom), must be able to train hunter-jumper horses & teach lessons to riders of hunter-jumper, training & teaching lessons to quarter horses & riders to a lesser degree, training & teaching lessons to Tennessee Walking Horses & riders would be 'oh so good', order feed & supplies, help organize clubs & shows & clinics.

Qualifications

General expert knowledge of & experience with horses (especially ability to spot health & behavioral problems & know the remedy to both), ability to communicate well with people & horses in a gentle manner, positive & friendly attitude, knowledge about feeds & supplements, ability to manage other employees, prior experience or SUPERIOR references. References.

Feeding, teach lessons, train horses, manage other employees, totally responsibile for security & health of horses, groom & care for owners horses, organize clubs & clinics, order supplies & feed, live on property in apt provided, spend majority of time on premices, interact well with boarders, know how to solve problems of horses &/or boarders, not participate or tolerate gossip among boarders, take students to shows, drive any size horse trailer, excellent driving record.
