The Senior Finance Leader is a key member of the senior management team with overall responsibility for internal and external financial reporting processes, including the cost accounting function. The Senior Finance Leader will liaise with the internal business units to support ongoing activities, including revenue growth or cost saving initiatives; this will involve developing new and innovative management reporting and measurement systems. The Senior Finance Leader will plan and coordinate the annual budgeting process as well as direct and provide the accounting and fiscal data needed to meet the company's strategic and operational objectives. The Senior Finance Leader will provide direction in establishing accounting objectives and policies, and initiate all finance-related due diligence and direction in regards to operations, including special projects in mergers, acquisitions or other as required. The Senior Finance Leader is also the lead financial resource for all investment organizations including acting as spokesperson at quarterly investor meetings. The Senior Finance Leader will advise management on regulatory requirements and changing program operations as well as develop accounting policies and procedures to satisfy regulatory or legislative changes. Additionally, the Senior Finance Leader will evaluate and implement internal controls throughout the organization and maintain compliance with corporate policy and procedures.
