That's where you come in. As our Sea Farm Site Manager, you'll tackle the day-to-day running and long-range planning of our sea farm, ensuring our standards are maintained while leading our teams of farm staff and maximizing productivity. Your solid experience in fish farm site management and your proven leadership skills will be to the fore in this unique position, backed up by good computer skills for analyzing data and carrying out payroll duties. Process planning, people management, and staff development abilities round out your skill set, and a degree in Biological Sciences would be an extra advantage.
