Looking for a responsible, motivated barn manager to be the third arm of our team. Must be flexible and extremely good with horses on the ground and in the saddle. Must be interested in learning the ropes of a successful trail irde, riding camp, lesson,

Responsibilities
 
horse and barn care for 40 animals, including feed, stalls, vet care and herd & barn management. Teach lessons, conduct trail rides, work day riding camps, drive a team for sleigh rides, and general ranch maintenance and overseeing ranch activites.
 
Qualifications
 
Previous experience working a large herd. Excellent riding skills, excellent work ethic, good with people, especially children and love for the animal and what we do. Motivation to create and see through new endeavors and projects, good at multi-tasking and dedicated to the job and the animals.
