DNA, RNA and Protein purification from biological samples, PCR and agarose gel electrophoresis,SimpleDNAcloning, transformation and screening for positive clones, Western blotting, Maintaining Mammalian cell lines, Transfection, propagation and horvesting of viral particles, Nuclear and cytoplasmic fraction of viral RNA and purification of total protein from transfected cells to charecterise gene expression of recombinant DNA sequences constructed to establish genetherapy vectors, Lusiferase assay, storing of memmalian cell lines in liquid nitrogen, preperation of bacterial competent cells for transformation, Reverse transcriptase PCR, Real time PCR, DNA finger printing technique for horese parentage tesrting by genotyping, DNA sequensing to establish Camel parentage testing using microsatellite markers, establishing PCR Pathogen detection test, PCR based sex identification testing for birds and PCR based species identification of birds. Horese parentage testing by conventional electrophoretic techniques, Histological techniques and immuno histochemistry.
