Responsibilities

|
Manage your clients with reputable, hard-working ethics, integrity, and sincerity throughout a program that fits the needs for your customer base. Manages your own barn, clients, and marketing within the horse industry. Will manage billing with clients monthly, accounts receivables with clients, feeing program for client horses, and attend shows. Will communicate with staff for needs in meeting proper horse care and grooming. Organize show schedule and arena use as well as being a team player among other trainers on staff.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in showing horses under a professional and reputable trainer and an additional 2 years assistant training position as well. Must have experience showing on the dressage, hunter jumper and/or breed show level: AQHA/APHA/ApHC/and or Arabian circuit. Must have references, and client referral list.

Must train starting colts, start to finish for specialized discipine riding, whether it is western pleasure, reining, hunter under saddle, trail, and other show events. Manage grooming, care, and feeding program for client horses. Coordinate and organize shows attending for the year, and client sign-ups.
