Responsibilities

All aspects of service and sales, including: o Handling customer calls and emails (placing orders, answering questions and everything in between) o Customer account management o Expert knowledge of our supplement and supply product lines o Occasional opportunities to meet customers in person at trade shows, horse shows and store events

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher Sophisticated communication skills, both written and verbal Customer service experience Telephone and/or sales background are a plus Experienced equestrians preferred

SmartPak is a fun and fast-paced environment, and you must be able to function as a dynamic member of our exceptional team. The ideal candidate has real-life horse experience as well as a background serving customers. An interest in animal health and nutrition is a must. Good organizational skills and computer literacy are also necessary.
