No formal qualifications required although a sound knowledge of horses is expected.
A tidy appearance, polite manner, ability to work with others or on your own.
Good rider.

Prepare and maintain fitness of 9 polo ponies in an 18 horse team.
All aspects of stable managment: feeding, mucking out, riding, clipping and grooming at competitions.
Able to turnout horses to a high standard and willingness to learn essential.
Own accomodation and shared vehicle with fuel.
