I have experience in streaking, media preparation, spectrophotometric analysis, microbial testing, chemical handling, preservation of cultures, and microscopy.
I have handled the ff. equipments: Spectronic 20D+Spectrophotometer, HWS-120 and 180 Laminar Flow Hoods, Memmert Incubator ICP-600, 25deg. C (for yeasts and molds), Memmert ULE-600 34deg. C (for bacterial growth), Mettler Toledo (table top Balance, analytical balance), Sartorius Top Loading Balance, Suntex colony counter, Barnstead/Thermolyne Vortex Mixer, Transferpette, Orion 520A+ pH meter, Pourer APS 300 Stacker, Corning PC410 Stirrer, Memmert WB10 Water Baths, Hirayama Hi-clave HV-50 and HV-100 Autoclaves, and Selecta Precise Term 2L Water Bath.

I would like to work in a microbiology laboratory setting. I have had experience in quality assurance microbial testing in a known pharmaceutical lab here in the Philippines, therefore I would like to pursue this field. But I would gladly accept any form of laboratory work since I am only a fresh graduate by 2009. I also believe that learning more experiences is better for me.
