Job Description
 
Barn Manager/Riding Instructor wanted at innovative program for at-risk youth in mid-coast Maine. Degree in equine management and EAGALA certification a plus, but not necessary. Must be able to teach barn management and horse husbandry, give riding lessons, and manage the care of 10 to 15 horses. Background in psychology is helpful. Must have excellent people skills. Must be dependable, outgoing and be able to work alone as well as part of a team. Must be able to make good decisions, possibly in a crisis situation. Full-time, benefits.
