Meticulous turnout and appearance of horses
A gentle and kind demeanor with horses
Ability to spot injuries or areas of concern
Treating minor ailments
Poulticing and bandaging
Standing wraps
Applying schooling wraps
Shots
Hoof care
Clipping
Lungeing
Braiding
Show grooming
Attending shows as groom
Assisting with regular barn work
Driving truck and trailer
Driving and operating farm vehicles including tractors, manure spreaders, etc.
Must possess valid driver's license and apply for Maryland driver's license
Must speak English
Bilingual a plus
Must be legal
Salary is taxable - no payments \"under the table\"
