Responsibilities

Be able to manage staff of riding instructors and 14 horses. Be able to teach to children ages 8-15 of different riding abilities from beginner to advanced.

Organized and be able to delegate.
Be able to plan classes, including rainy days
Previous experience with horse care and stable management
Previous experience teaching children to ride horses

Job Description
|
| |
Assist with the instruction of 5 classes a day.
Plan and organize classes based on levels, for a three week program. In the classes incorporate riding with theory and horse care and stable management.
Teaching children age 8-15.
Riding Lessons, in the ring and on the trails

Help with the general well being of the horses including:
Feeding, Mucking stalls, Grooming, General horse care
