Responsibilities

Groom, ride, drive and train the horses. Feed and care for the horses. Cleaning, maintenance, and repair of harness and carriages. Translator for transactions with the Quebec horse dealers.

The farm trains, brokers, and sells Canadian Cheval horses. These horses are from Quebec and have been broken in Canadian French, so they will need to be retrained in English. Must be able to ride and drive single, pair and four-in-hand. Must be able to handle, groom, and care for horses. Must be fluent in English and Canadian French in order to work as the liason and translator for negotiations with the Quebec farms. Job is full time, hours can be varied and weekends will be needed
