At least 5 years previous experience in similar position, knowledge of equine emergency care, ability to resolve customer/trainer concerns without conflict, ability to manage efficiently and effectively a team of 10 people while controlling labor costs, ability make minor repairs to structures and equipment, adapt to change, basic cattle health knowledge, time management skills required, bilingual spanish/english a plus, energetic and outgoing personality needed.

Barn Manager: is responsible for daily managing all staff, equine care and services, flawless facility appearance, arena/footing maintenance, cattle care, landscaping upkeep, equipment repairs, barn maintenance, some purchasing, management of labor scheduling, and more.
