Mikey was foaled in Great Britain where he was a show pony. He is chestnut with a star and stripe and two socks. He worked here in the states at the Buffalo Equestrian Center and then at Forrestel Riding Camp. We took him in trade for a green mare but our kids have lost interest in riding with their busy schedules. Mikey has great form and is always very well-behaved with adult riders. If a child is unsure of herself, Mikey can decide to shake her off. Needs a little work on this issue in the hands of a confident rider. He does everything a good horse should - clips, bathes, feet, cross-ties, vets, loads. Did start chewing a little this winter on his stall as he was shut in more with bad weather. He guards his food from other horses; was very thin when we got him, but he's added weight nicely. For someone who loves ponies and is willing to work with him. Asking $1200.
