This herd has a big place in my heart, so I'm having a fire-sale now so I won't have to kill them all. Hopefully these amazing deals will be gone within a week so I can stop worrying about my friends.
Pedigreed show Californians: Studs: 2 1/2 yr old buck from Karen Corda's Full House Rabbitry, very large, strong meaty loin & hindquarters, one leg toward grand championship, $20. 2 yr old buck, $15. Does: 2 yr old doe & 1 1/2 yr old doe, $15 ea.
Mixed breed does: one Champagne-New Zeland White cross, too old to have large litters but still good for fostering emergencies, free. Had very high milk yield, builds good nests, gray fur. Three virgin does from her and a Californian buck, gray fur, two 8 months, one 6 months, $10 ea. Expect hybrid vigour, low nestbox mortality, & fast growing young with good meat type.
Cages: 10 Bass hanging cages in good condition: 8 are 24w by 24l by 16h, 2 are 23 1/2w, some w/ Fine-x feeders, some w/ solid, $25 ea. Large two hole hanging cage in poor but useable condition, 72w by 18h by 21l, Fine-x feeders, free. Huge 30l by 37w by 18h single hanging cage with hay-rack, fair condition, $10. Water: Bass Flex-Tube system, brass nipples, runs from a five-gallon bucket. More hoses and joints can be found at hardware stores. Easier & leaks less than water bottles. $15.
Garden misting system with timer, $20.
Industrial fan: turns on when a set temperature is reached. Drastically relieves the summer death toll and reduces ammonia buildup. 16 inches across, temperatures can be set from 60 to 120 degrees F. $30.
Tattoo box: complete kit with each letter, tattoo clamp, ink, brush. Must have in a show rabbitry. For medium size ears. $15.
