Very Sharp! Dark Chocolate and White Gelding with black mane and tail. 14 hands. Has been raised and trained by a show family. This family also trained the 1988 PTHA Res. National Western Pleasure Pony and the 1988 PTHA Western Pleasure Pony of the Year, Char Gem Ebindy. We have put three years of ground work onto this gelding and it shows. He has been started for the show ring to compete in the following classes: Showmanship, Western Pleasure, Western Riding, Reining and Trail; and, he is doing very well with his training. Once finished Smokey is going to make one awesome all around youth show horse or pony. We have also taken the time to get him acquainted with being ridden on trails and on the road. He is not afraid of cars. Accepts the clippers graciously. He has so much personality and tons of potential. Will also halter as he is very correct and well balanced. Wonderful dispositon. Champion Pedigree. In 1995, Smokey's Dam took home two year end halter championships at the MAWHC awards banquet as a yearling. And, just a few years later...Smokey's sister, Miss Federal Express, took home well over 10 year end championships as a three year old on the same circuit. As you will see below, Smokey's bloodlines are vintage and include champions such as: Sonny Dee Bar, Sonny Side Up, Sugar Bars, Two Eyed Jack, Skipper W, The Redeemer, Bear Cat and Painted Jewel.
